Retail Operations Manager for a Thriving Healthcare Environment

Sodexo Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Unit Retail Food Service Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilize your management skills in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact on customer satisfaction.
**About the Role:**
- This role oversees the daily operations of multiple retail units, ensuring seamless execution of food service programs that meet or exceed client expectations.
- You will lead a team of supervisors and evaluate their performance to ensure high productivity and efficient use of resources.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement, implement quality enhancements, and promote the retail program through marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining compliance with Company and Client standards, as well as provincial/federal legislation, is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operation management, including menu development, purchasing, inventory control, scheduling, and financial management.
- Leading and mentoring supervisors to ensure effective team management and high-quality customer service.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving company objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
