Analytics Engagement Consultant

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant Analytics to join our team at PeopleToGo. This is a newly created role within a large Enterprise environment, and we are looking for an individual with a strong background in analytics, data analysis, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead analytical business engagements within the professional services / managed services business
- Interface with senior-level customer stakeholders to identify significant business opportunities for analytics
- Plan, develop, facilitate, and execute complex strategic analysis
- Establish and maintain the strategic focus of a portfolio of multiple customer-facing analytical investigations
- Drive the scale-up and growth of consulting engagements with clients
- Manage the measurement and realization of business results
- Manage business process changes associated with analytics projects across client, partner, and internal organizations
This role is directly accountable for the success of analytics engagements with clients and jointly accountable for the overall success of managed professional services engagements and growth of the managed professional services business portfolio.
Scope and ComplexityThis role has a broad scope and high complexity, requiring the ability to handle complex client problems spanning the full breadth of supply chain, complex organizations with matrix reporting structures, and ambiguous problem statements.
Requirements- 7-10 years of experience in analytical and strategic roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of SCM process and principles
- Statistical subject matter expertise
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
