Job Summary:

A highly established local Mechanical Contractor is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Manager to lead their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in plumbing project management to join a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively utilize knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build industry to drive project success.
  • Manage cost of goods and material purchasing, maintaining and reviewing RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Lead a team of experienced plumbers with 5-15+ years of experience in plumbing project management.
  • Ensure all team members hold a Plumbing Journeyman License and possess a Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical and logic skills to maintain precision on detailed work.
  • Conduct thorough background checks to ensure a stable work history for all team members.

Requirements:

  • 5-15+ years of experience in plumbing project management.
  • Plumbing Journeyman License.
  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and logic skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work.
