Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily activities and assisting with patient population decision-making
  • Facilitating learning and staffing needs of the nursing team
  • Accepting and completing special projects as assigned
  • Monitoring unit/area supplies and coordinating continuous Quality Management activities
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Evidence of commitment to continuing education
  • Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
  • CNA CPMHN certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CRN in Mental Health
  • Ability to manage stress, understand the impact of change, and demonstrate conflict resolution skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts from 0730-1930. The salary for this role is $43.15 per hour. If you are a skilled and dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
