We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bell in Cranbrook, British Columbia. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Proven experience in retail sales management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
