Job Title: Mobile Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to join our team at Cineplex Entertainment Limited. As a key member of our Digital Products and Experience team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, and Selenium.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous delivery.
  • Identify and report software defects using bug tracking systems, focusing on mobile application issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile automation testing technologies and recommend their adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • QA-related certification (e.g., ISTQB, Agile testing, Mobile Testing).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with automated testing tools and utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
  • 4+ years of experience working in automation as a QA Engineer.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts.
  • Proficient in either Javascript, C#, or any other relevant object-oriented programming language.
