- Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting students with special needs.
Requirements
:- College of the Rockies SPEDA course or equivalent college program recognized by other School Districts in the Province.
- Ability to work effectively with students and adults, communicating appropriately and maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Valid B.C. (Class 5) Driver's License, as required.
