Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Levy's Cleaning Services. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Preparation: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
