Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader who will oversee the development and implementation of inclusive education initiatives, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships within school communities, parents/guardians, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inclusive education strategies that promote student success and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain open communication channels with parents, guardians, and the broader community.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Leadership Quality Standard Certification.
  • Experience as a School Administrator or System Leader.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
