Job Overview

TAPPTIC INC. is seeking a highly organized Recruitment and Staffing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 32 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to address them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collect and screen applications, conducting initial interviews and assessments as needed.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and conduct reference checks.
  • Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
