Customer Service Liaison

Position Summary:
The Customer Excellence Specialist at Mintz Global Screening plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of client interactions. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to clients via phone or through our systems.
- Monitor client services and respond promptly to their inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle client inquiries and complaints.
- Validate all information submitted by clients.
- Conduct regular monitoring based on client needs and respond in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required documents are attached to the client's request/file as needed.
- Liaise with sales and production teams to resolve client issues.
- Handle account access issues and provide training/demos as required.
- Evaluate and prioritize issues according to company policies and procedures.
- Provide sales support as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and Education:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service position.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written (both English and French).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service orientation.
