Position Summary:

The Customer Excellence Specialist at Mintz Global Screening plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of client interactions. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to clients via phone or through our systems.
  • Monitor client services and respond promptly to their inquiries.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle client inquiries and complaints.
  • Validate all information submitted by clients.
  • Conduct regular monitoring based on client needs and respond in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all required documents are attached to the client's request/file as needed.
  • Liaise with sales and production teams to resolve client issues.
  • Handle account access issues and provide training/demos as required.
  • Evaluate and prioritize issues according to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide sales support as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and Education:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service position.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written (both English and French).
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good customer service orientation.
