Warehouse Operations Manager

- Education: A college diploma or certificate equivalent to 1-2 years of post-secondary education is required.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to management.
- Ensure all computer equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
- Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff with the necessary skills and experience.
- Organize and deliver training programs for new staff members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress.
- Co-ordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficiency.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems.
- Establish and maintain accurate work schedules and procedures.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives.
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 35 hours per week at Canada Inc.
