Culinary Specialist Job Description

Hellcrust Pizza is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical demands and repetitive tasks. As a team player, you will be expected to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen setting.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
