The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, schedule appointments, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role. They must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent time management skills.

We offer a 30-hour workweek and a permanent work term. The successful candidate will be required to work in English and have a strong attention to detail.
