We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at S & K Ng Enterprises (2017) Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of employment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
