Job Summary
Cementation Canada is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and coordinating the Cementation Training Program at the project based on the Ontario Common Core Modules for Underground Hardrock Mining.

About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for administering training programs, conducting job observations, and facilitating team-based risk assessments. You must maintain a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements* Administer training programs and conduct job observations to identify areas for improvement* Facilitate team-based risk assessments to ensure a proactive approach to safety* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify trends* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements
* 10-15 years of experience in the mining industry* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work in a team environment* Self-motivated with minimal supervision required* Strong understanding of confidentiality* Canadian citizenship or authorized to work in Canada* Relevant education and experience
