Job Description

We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Engineering team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting insights from our rich cross-industry data resources to bring proven value to our owners and partners and delight our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract insights from data to learn more about our members
  • Distill technical language from insights to translate findings into accessible, engaging language, data visualizations, and other forms of presentation for our leadership and non-technical teams
  • Use Python and SQL to gather, clean, organize, and analyze structured and non-structured data
  • Analyze consumer data to generate owner-specific reports and explore anomalies
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to automate processes, improve data quality for machine learning models, and add more value to our loyalty product
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Data or Business Analyst at a fast-paced startup in a collaborative and autonomous role
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau, with the ability to quickly come up to speed with new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex data analytics and findings into visualizations and actionable insights for different audiences and levels
