Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Technician to join our team at Schindler Visa Services Corp. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, data entry, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
