We offer a competitive salary of CAD $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development. As a Financial Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and are presented with tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.

Job Description:

  • Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process, providing a seamless and informative experience.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer financing requirements and present transparent pricing options, fostering trust and building relationships.
  • Determine customer financing needs and payment options through consultative interviews, using your knowledge of dealership accounting practices and industry regulations.
  • Process finance transactions efficiently and ensure compliance with provincial laws and regulations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and encourage referrals, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve processes and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership sales management or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are crucial in this role.
  • Experience using CRM systems or other automotive software systems is considered an asset.
