Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our team at FedEx Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling FedEx services to both new and existing customers, with a primary focus on net new potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell FedEx services to new and existing customers
  • Meet assigned revenue objectives
  • Act as a team lead and provide coaching/training to junior/new staff members
  • Assume responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in FedEx Sales or Inside Sales
  • Solid knowledge of selling FedEx services, FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, and invoice adjustments
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, and strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Sales Force Automation
