Display Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Display Centre Manager to join our team at Pollard Windows & Doors in Burlington. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring team performance and evaluating their responses to customer relationships with established KPIs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction benchmarks and implementing actionable plans to address gaps and needs.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the windows and doors or building material industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn technical skills related to our products.
