Construction Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect an annual salary of approximately $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
Job DescriptionIn this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your primary objective will be to coordinate and supervise workers, activities, and resources to achieve project goals.
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field
Preferred qualifications include prior supervisory experience, training or arranging for training, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
