Job Title: Civil Engineering Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team at WPE Engineering Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings, participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations, and prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials
  • Provide consultation services to government and other organizations
  • Process application for land development permits
Requirements:
  • Civil engineering technology (CVT)
  • MicroStation
  • Geographic Information System (GIS)
  • 3D graphic software
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Excel
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a general office setting with a focus on design and development.
