**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our team as a Fractional HR Expert. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex HR challenges and achieve their business goals.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide expert HR consulting services to clients, including HR strategy development, policy implementation, and employee relations management.
* Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
* Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR-related issues.

**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in HR consulting or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
