Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at CASTLE STEAKHOUSE.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the optimal size of food portions and costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Requisition necessary food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality service.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations.
- Prioritize tasks to manage kitchen workload effectively, including training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Permanent residency in Canada or ability to obtain it.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
