Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate various warehouse activities, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating warehouse activities, including purchasing order variance research and adjustments. They will also promote a safe and healthy work environment, assist in put-away and picking of product, and support the training of new employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and mentoring teams, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a distribution environment
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment
- Certified in the safe operation of material handling equipment
