Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Toppers Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly and delivery of food trolleys.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
