Job Summary

DMV Génétique Services inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biological Research Technician to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and sample analyses, collecting and documenting patient specimens, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and sample analyses to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Collect and document patient specimens, including blood and tissue samples, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
  • Collaborate with staff in various areas of responsibility to achieve research goals.
  • Conduct quality control assessments of testing techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions
