The RLI Vision is to cultivate a skilled and knowledgeable Métis Nation. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our METI-Services MTE Team in the Central Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing MTE client applications for accuracy and completeness, entering all relevant information into Financial Data Manager (FDM), processing invoices, preparing documentation, and providing administrative and operational support to the MTE Central Team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical aptitude or financial training, as well as experience in a non-profit and Indigenous organization. A diploma or certificate in Office/Business Administration or Accounting is also preferred.

Key responsibilities include creating Excel spreadsheets for each fiscal year, reviewing client applications, entering new client information, preparing approval documents, and processing invoices. The successful candidate will also provide administrative and operational support, assist in regional planning sessions, and be willing to work evenings and weekends for RLI events.
