We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide integrated approach in therapy services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Physical Therapists thrive in a fun, upbeat, and dynamic environment that fosters independence and adaptability. You will work with a variety of cases, including pediatric to adults, with a special emphasis on our senior population clients.
We offer Full Time and Part Time opportunities in a unionized environment. Our Physical Therapist will be pre-assigned to a geographic area around Grey and Bruce Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop accurate rehab care plans to support clients in remaining at home and in a comfortable environment.
- Exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients to solve problems that interfere with their ability to do things that are important to them.
- Partner with PT Assistants to support a wide variety of clients on caseloads from pediatric, adults, and senior care. Collaborate with an inter healthcare team that partners with our client's family members and caregivers to build an inter-discipline, holistic treatment goals, and service plans.

Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Physical Therapy.
- Current active registration and is in good standing as a Physical Therapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Previous experience in Home Care experience is a bonus.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and the use of a reliable vehicle.
