Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Angara Indian and Hakka Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
