We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will provide critical support in the coordination and development of our operating and capital budgets.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Finance Manager with year-end processes, providing financial analytical assistance, and supporting various activities within the School of Wellness, Public Safety and Community Studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop operating and capital budgets
  • Assist with year-end processes and financial reporting
  • Provide financial analytical assistance for contract activity, academic program management, and enrolment projection/monitoring
  • Support the acquisition of capital equipment and other school-related initiatives

Requirements:

  • Mandatory three-year diploma or degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or related field
  • Experience working in an academic setting, preferably in a college environment
  • Familiarity with College IT systems, including Workday and Adaptive Planning
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications
