Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 20 Lines Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and electronic schedulers.
  • Technical Terminology: Familiarity with business terminology, including contracts, reports, and records.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication skills, flexibility, organization, teamwork, accuracy, client focus, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
