Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Global Wireless Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal functionality.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Provide expert advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing user concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a tight-knit team of professionals. They will be required to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
