Job Title: Geological Surveyor

Azure Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Geological Surveyor to join our team. As a Geological Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting geological, geophysical, geochemical, hydrographic, or oceanographic surveys, prospecting field trips, exploratory drilling, well logging, or underground mine survey programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys and survey programs
  • Perform physical and chemical laboratory tests
  • Supervise oil and gas well drilling, well completions, and work-overs
  • Prepare notes, sketches, geological maps, and cross sections
  • Assist in hydrogeological field and laboratory studies
Requirements:
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association
  • Geographic Information System (GIS) skills
  • Ability to operate GPS and other navigation equipment
  • MS Office skills
