Job Description

This is a high travel role that requires up to 50% travel. As a Customer Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for customers throughout the implementation project.
  • Facilitating the implementation process for new accounts, educating new customers, solving technical problems, and ensuring smooth adoption of our products and services.
  • Preparing and delivering customer implementation project plans, providing detailed account walkthroughs of what success will look like post-launch.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of our technology solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience with customer implementation, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to multi-task and adapt to different systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
