We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Implementation Expert to join our team at MealSuite. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering optimized business outcomes for our customers through the implementation of our foodservice technology solutions.

Job DescriptionThis is a high travel role that requires up to 50% travel. As a Customer Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for customers throughout the implementation project.
- Facilitating the implementation process for new accounts, educating new customers, solving technical problems, and ensuring smooth adoption of our products and services.
- Preparing and delivering customer implementation project plans, providing detailed account walkthroughs of what success will look like post-launch.
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of our technology solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience with customer implementation, preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to different systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
