L'quipe administration des fonds est responsable de l'ensemble des opérations et de l'administration des diverses structures de fonds de Fiera.

Les membres de l'équipe travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement de produits et de distribution de Fiera pour définir et gérer les offres de produits en veillant à ce que la prestation de services, le risque opérationnel, la préparation opérationnelle, la conformité réglementaire, la rentabilité et l'échelle soient atteints pour chaque produit.

Ce que nous recherchons :

L'analyste financier senior fera partie d'une équipe au sein d'une organisation mondiale qui se concentre sur la préparation des états financiers et des rapports de gestion sur le rendement des fonds (« MRFP ») des fonds Fiera.

Il sera exposé à une vaste gamme de fonds publics et privés avec une multitude de stratégies (revenu fixe, actions, alternatif, etc.). En collaboration avec les membres de son équipe, il participera à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus et des procédures d'affaires.

Vos responsabilités :

  1. Participer à la planification et à la production des états financiers et du MRFP des fonds Fiera
  2. Créer des versions préliminaires des états financiers et du MRFP en utilisant le contenu, les modèles et les lignes directrices disponibles
  3. Gérer les relations avec les prestataires de services tiers et les vendeurs afin d'assurer l'exécution des tâches selon les normes les plus élevées (auditeurs, traducteur, prestataire de services de composition, imprimeur, administrateurs de fonds)
  4. Développer et rédiger de nouveaux contenus si nécessaire
  5. Relire les documents pour s'assurer de la cohérence des informations et apporter les corrections nécessaires
  6. Effectuer des contrôles de validation, y compris une analyse des écarts, afin de détecter les erreurs potentielles.
  7. Examiner les documents pour vérifier la mise en page du texte et des graphiques, et rechercher les erreurs de composition
  8. Gérer les délais et suivre l'avancement de la préparation des états financiers et de la production du MRFP, et résoudre tout problème de production
  9. Comparer les documents originaux et traduits pour s'assurer de l'exactitude, entre autres, des nombres, des noms, des dates, etc.
  10. Participer à divers projets visant à optimiser les processus pour les fonds Fiera
  11. Développer des procédures améliorées pour une activité mondiale croissante de véhicules en gestion commune

Exigences requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

Formation/accréditation :

  1. Un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, en administration des affaires et/ou un diplôme universitaire connexe avec une expérience professionnelle équivalente est exigée
  2. Titre de CPA, ou en cours d'obtention

Expérience et compétences spécifiques :

  1. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la préparation et l'analyse d'états financiers
  2. Bonne connaissance des IFRS
  3. Connaissance de base du règlement 81-106
  4. Expérience dans l'administration et la comptabilité de fonds (un atout)
  5. Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office
  6. Méticuleux, méthodique et sens aigu de l'observation
  7. Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacité à établir des priorités
  8. Orientation vers le service au client et esprit d'équipe
  9. Capacité à travailler sous pression
  10. Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) à l'écrit et à l'oral
