At Salon Bellimage Haute Coiffure Inc., we are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist Professional to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
About the JobThis hair stylist position involves working in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio setting, providing excellent customer service and creating stunning hairstyles for clients. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, efficient, and able to work well in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the industry and hold an Other trades certificate or diploma. They should be comfortable working with a variety of hair types and styles, and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
- Shampoo customers' hair
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour, frost, or streak hair
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
- Suggest hairstyles compatible with clients' physical features and preferences
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
