Responsibilities:

  • Receives, logs, tracks, files, and monitors paper and electronic customer and vendor-supplied documentation, and other technical correspondence.
  • Responsible for setting up document control records, archiving project information, and preparing project data books.
  • Obtains required documentation from manufacturers and vendors.
  • Reviews documentation requests and prepares documents for bids and quotations.
  • Acts as backup support to project and quotation administrators.
  • Order and quotation entry and management.
  • Uploads/submits documentation to SharePoint site/Customer Portals.
  • Sets up and assembles project data books.
  • Ensures all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standards.
  • Archives all Project Documentation and Project Close-out.
  • Liaising with Sales Representative, Project Specialist, and Management.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma (business administration, etc.).
  • Problem Solver, information gatherer, very detail-oriented.
  • Experience in data entry, administrative, and/or document control.
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high-pressure and team-based environment.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $63,000/year.

Please note that, whilst not expected, the company may pay at a rate outside of the range for this role where appropriate. Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to British Columbia and is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of British Columbia.
