About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Lifemark's new state-of-the-art clinic in Pembroke, Ontario. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various age groups, providing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $42.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience, as well as a $5,000.00 signing bonus and relocation assistance available. You will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans, working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals, utilizing e-charting software, managing your caseload in a fast-paced environment, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence

Qualifications
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Experienced in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting (1-5 years under your belt is an asset)
  • Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated interest in a treatment-based approach for complex injuries across various age groups
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
