Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.
Key Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Scour pots and pans
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and possess excellent reliability and teamwork skills.
