Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Asset Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the underwriting process, including risk assessment and classification, customer communication, and collaboration with internal teams. They will also provide feedback on team performance and develop training and development plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments and classifications in accordance with our company's philosophy and standards.
  2. Manage the entire underwriting process, from initial application to final decision.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for the team, handling customer escalations and complaints.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences, preferably in Pharmacy or Medicine, along with relevant work experience.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer software.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Excellent time management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  5. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
Compensation and Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $108,800 - $163,200 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary, variable pay, and other benefits.
