Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Beanfield Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise sector.
Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Design: Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales and Proposal Management: Develop and present customized proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of Beanfield's services.
- Closing Deals and Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of agreed-upon solutions.
- Relationship Building and Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a senior sales or business development capacity.
- A degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise telecommunications solutions and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
