Job Title: Administrative Officer - Policy Implementation

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Tasks:
    • Implement new administrative procedures to ensure efficient establishment operations.
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to guarantee their effectiveness.
    • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize task distribution.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
    • Train staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes.
