Administrative Officer

- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Tasks:
- Implement new administrative procedures to ensure efficient establishment operations.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to guarantee their effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize task distribution.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Train staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes.
