We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of the full employee life cycle, including:

  • Salary changes, resignation, promotions, transfers, onboarding, and more
  • Independently responding to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Delivering full recruitment services, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employment offers
  • Participating in career fairs, co-op programs, and building external relationships to source top talent
  • Providing an exceptional employee experience by delivering a welcoming new hire experience
  • Maintaining all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 6 months human resources experience at a Coordinator level
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to work within a high-paced environment
