Client Experience Manager

The Client Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional insurance brokerage services to clients at Cavell Risk, Inc. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting sales and marketing efforts.
- Fosters and maintains robust relationships between markets and clients, guaranteeing submissions are complete, accurate, and presented professionally;
- Ensures all data requests from clients and markets are met promptly;
- Prepares quotes and proposals, works with policies having higher limits, number of exposures, and customization with minimal supervision;
- Supports and assists in the professional growth of the Associate, Client Experience;
- Oversees billings and payment collections to ensure timely receipt;
- Pursues additional sales, negotiation, or prospecting skills training to enhance job performance;
- Follows regulatory affairs, competitive market, and legal frameworks to ensure the company operates within compliance regulations and laws;
- Maintains or exceeds regulatory requirements for continuing education, ensures all licenses are current, and successfully renewed for business transactions;
- Affirms and controls potential risks effectively, protecting the company from harm;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field;
- Effective relationship-building abilities;
- Proficient conflict resolution and management skills.
You will interact with:
- Internal: Executive, Colleagues, Support Staff;
- External: Clients, Insurance Companies, Underwriters, Claims, Engineers & Consultants.
This role requires:
- Establishing connections with key contacts at industry functions;
- Able to work on a computer for extended periods;
- Required to work in a busy, open area office environment.
Candidates can expect an estimated annual salary range of $70,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards.
