Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist at 615163 NB Inc. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and relay telephone calls, messages, and operate the switchboard or telephone system.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, send invoices, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Communication: Provide directory assistance, relay service to persons with disabilities, and arrange teleconferences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficiently interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records and logs, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Reliability: Meet deadlines and commitments.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
