Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker at Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to youth in a variety of settings, including one-on-one and group work.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that promote youth development and well-being.
  • Build and maintain relationships with youth, families, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire youth.
