Housekeeping Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Forever Building Maintenance Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Dusting: Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup.
  • Vacuuming: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to ensure hygiene and safety.
  • Disinfection and Sanitizing: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a secure environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Changing Room and Shower Cleaning: Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Heavy Furniture Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure hygiene and safety.
  • Plant and Lawn Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Hallway and Stair Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Industrial Vacuum Cleaning: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.Security and Safety
    • Criminal Record Check: Pass a criminal record check to ensure a safe and secure environment.
