Magicuts is seeking an exceptional Lead Salon Executive to spearhead our operations, driving growth and excellence in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership position that requires a strong vision, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall salon performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
  • Mentor and coach staff members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supply chain logistics.

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a fast-paced salon environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of success in increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall salon performance.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Good eyesight, with the ability to observe clients' hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 pounds.
  • Able to tolerate exposure to chemicals and fragrances in treatments.
